A strong project manager CV proves three things fast: what you delivered, at what scope, and how you handled people and risk. Here's how to structure it.

Lead with delivery evidence

Recruiters want outcomes: projects delivered on time and on budget, and what changed as a result. Put your strongest delivery story near the top.

Show scope and scale

Budget size, team size, number of stakeholders, duration. Numbers give a PM CV credibility and context.

Cover methodology honestly

Mention the approaches you've genuinely used - Agile, waterfall, hybrid - without overclaiming certifications you don't hold.

Evidence stakeholder and risk management

These are core PM skills. Show them with brief examples, not adjectives.

Example bullet

'Delivered a 1.2m system migration across 4 teams, on time and 5% under budget, with zero critical incidents at go-live.'
